KÖNIG GALERIE offers a 14-day return window for all fashion items and accessories, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We strive to ensure your acquisition meets the high standards of our curated collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them within the shipping box provided to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
